Why sit-to-stand for Parkinson’s? Sitting and standing are something many of us don’t think twice about. But if you have Parkinson’s, sit-to-stands can become more difficult with time. This basic function allows our bodies to recruit and engage the muscles in the legs and core which help with mobility, balance, and independence for everyone, especially those with Parkinson’s! It’s never too late to start fighting back.
